Optical microscopy is rapidly transitioning into a high-throughput, quantitative technology capable of analyzing large populations of bioparticles, cells, and large tissues with statistical robustness. The conference will discuss the latest experimental and computational methods driving this evolution, focusing on increased acquisition speed, volumetric imaging, and scalable screening strategies.
Topics include advances in biophotonics, fluorescence microscopy, microfluidics, computational microscopy, and artificial intelligence. Particular emphasis will be placed on integration of microscopy with microfluidic platforms, imaging flow cytometry, light-sheet microscopy, single-molecule super-resolution techniques, and emerging computational approaches, together with AI-based data analysis for automated, quantitative screening.
