The Constitution of the European Microscopy Society consisting of statutes and by-laws was first distributed on August 2, 2000 and a final version appeared in February 28, 2001 (written by Eddie Wisse).
The constitution was adjusted during the 2005 EMS General Assembly held on Tuesday August 30, 2005 in Davos, Switzerland. The present version of the constitution is available as pdf download. |
